You can log in to the Members Portal by going to and entering either your username or email address, and your password. If you’re having trouble remembering your username or the email address connected to your account, please use the contact form on this page to get in touch with us and we’ll help you out.

If you’re having trouble with your password and aren’t able to log in, you can use the password reset available at Enter your username or email address associated with your account and a reset link will be emailed to you with a link to reset your password. If you haven’t received an email with the link after at least 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still nowhere to be found, use the contact form on this page to get in touch with us and we’ll help you out.

Once you’ve logged in to the Members Portal, you can update your password by going to the My Account page (

If you’re trying to register your Members Portal account and are seeing the message “Your registration URL does not appear to be correct”, it means that the information required to set up your account is missing. Please check to ensure that the full URL from the email sent to you is being loaded in your web browser.

If it looks like the full registration URL is being passed to your web browser and you’re still seeing this message, or if you’re seeing another error, please contact us and provide as much detail as possible and we’ll help you out.
